Am Ende der heurigen Saison durfte ich wieder einige Vorträge und Techniktrainings für Firmen, Sportvereine, Sponsoren, Tourismusverbände und Sportverbände durchführen.. Am 1. Dezember gibt`s die Premiere vom ?2023er-Vortrag? in Kronstorf ? es wäre ein Traum, wenn ich DICH sehe.. Im Frühjahr 2024 ist der ideale Zeitpunkt um so ein Techniktraining / einen Vortrag auch bei DIR zu machen ? melde dich sehr gerne bei mir!! Vor wenigen Tagen gab`s eine tolle GARMIN Veranstaltung mit mir in Graz ? mitten in der Stadt gab`s ein Techniktraining und anschließend noch einen Vortrag im Sportgeschäft.. :)

Vor 3 Wochen durfte ich den ganz neuen BOSCH SX-Motor bei einer tollen Gravel-Bike-Tour in der Wachau testen.. Dieser Antrieb ist für alle, die ein leichtes Bike wollen ? wo man den Motor nicht mehr spürt und trotzdem wenn`s nötig ist volle Unterstützungs-Power bekommt.. Als Fitness- und Gesundheitstrainer finde ich es auch großartig, dass sich die Unterstützung an deine Trittfrequenz anpasst ? deine Knie(-gelenke) werden es dir danken.. Das Jahr 2023 werde ich nie wieder vergessen.. Ende September habe ich meine Kathi geheiratet ? sportlich gesehen war es mit Abstand mein erfolgreichstes Jahr ? vor wenigen Tagen ist PAUL, unser erstes gemeinsames Kind, gesund zur Welt gekommen.. JETZT ist es an der Zeit DANKE zu sagen und eine Kleinigkeit zurück zu geben.. Deshalb gibt es genau heute in einem Monat wieder die 6 Stunden IMMOunited ? Stausee ? Challenge für die Kronstorfer Kinderhilfe!!

A few days ago there was a great GARMIN event with me in Graz - there was a technology training session in the middle of the city and then a lecture in the sports store.. :)

3 weeks ago I was able to test the brand new BOSCH SX motor on a great gravel bike tour in the Wachau. This drive is for everyone who wants a light bike - where you can no longer feel the motor and still feel it What you need is full support power. As a fitness and health trainer, I also think it's great that the support adapts to your cadence - your knees (joints) will thank you. You can go directly to my test report HERE. .

I will never forget the year 2023. I married my Kathi at the end of September - from a sporting perspective it was by far my most successful year - a few days ago PAUL, our first child together, was born healthy. NOW it's time Time to say THANK YOU and give a little something back. That's why exactly one month from today there will be the 6 hour IMMOunited - Stausee - Challenge for the Kronstorfer Kinderhilfe!!
